When getting your permit to drive, can you bring a high school transcript as proof of identification?

More specifically in the state of Washington. Or does it really have to be your birth certificate? When getting your permit to drive, can you bring a high school transcript as proof of identification?
All you should need is your Social Security Card and your Birth Certificate.

If you cant find either you can apply for both.

Social Security Card at your Social Security Office and

Birth Certificate from your State of Birth.

No, you need to bring your birth certificate.
Birth certificate is mandatory. You can order one online, though, from the county in which you were born. Don't worry, you'll need one anyway, in teh years to come.
I woudl think it has to be 2 forms of Identification with one with a photo. Maybe a school ID photo would work but ...yea, check their website.
u can give.but remember to get a permit to drive ur age must be 18 yrs. minimum.
You can use your high school transcripts, but you will also need a second form of ID.
