For a fresh out of college person, do you need to prepare your transcript for interviews?

I'm doing job at i-banks, do companies typically require you to have your transcript sent to them after they hire you? Is it typical for a person to put his GPA on his resume? Would having not so stellar grade affect whether they would hire a person? For a fresh out of college person, do you need to prepare your transcript for interviews?
This all really depends on your field. Unless your GPA and transcript record is really outstanding - a 3.5 or higher - I would not include it unless they specifically ask.For a fresh out of college person, do you need to prepare your transcript for interviews?
no transcripts sent. don't put gpa. only put the college you attended, if you are an honors you can state that next to the school, otherwise no mention other than degree received.

Good luck!
It could, but here's the great thing, once you are out of school, your GPA isn't such a big deal anymore. If it is respectable, leave it on the resume. If it's not so great, leave it off. You got the degree, that's what they are really after. No one, except maybe in highly technical professions, will ask to see a transcript.
Depending on the policy of a company. Some companies require a copy to keep in your personal file after they hire you, especially those that are accredited.
