How do you get an official sealed high school transcript?

I need it for a phlebotomist training program as a requirement. Do I have to go all the way to my high school to get it? Does it cost? Ugh...How do you get an official sealed high school transcript?
Depending on the school and the state it may or may not cost (it probably won't since it is coming from a high school). You should be able to call your high school guidance counseling office/counseling center to get the transcript(s) mailed to a specified location. Unfortunately, if that does not work then you might have to go down to the high school...especially if your high school is not good with record keeping.How do you get an official sealed high school transcript?
