nope, you can get the number called and the amount of time spent with that number but outside of tapping that phone or being in prison...you cant get a transcript. If you could there would be a lot less crime.Is it possible to get a transcript of a cell phone conversation?
Go get a great education and then go work for the NSA and find out if that certain conversation was recorded from way back when since they have been spying on Americans.
Other than that, the phone companies do not record conversations. Your only hope is that someone recorded the phone conversation, whether that be a gov't agency or if the person in question called a place that records phone calls (like say a business that records their employees' phone conversation for protection).
