I had my 2nd interview a week ago, then they called on Tuesday and asked if I could fax over my transcript. I faxed it over yesterday morning because I'm still currently working full time at another company. How soon should I be hearing back from Human Resources? This company has about 400 employees.

you should hear something back next week. If you have not already done so, then call them on Monday or Tuesday just to see if they received the fax and then that way you can ask other questions pertaining to the job
