Would a withdrawal on my transcript hurt my chances to transfer to another college?

Im attending a community college and Im taking 4 classes and I want to drop 3 of them because I decided I want to work this semester and take those same 3 classes next semester. I am planning to transfer to a university so I what I want to know is will the 3 withdrawals on my transcript hurt my chances for transfer admission into the university or they wouldnt care?
