So long as the admissions deadline is after school starts again, you can send in your application during the break and have the school send an official transcript directly to the university as soon as it reopens.
If the deadline is before the end of the break, you can phone the university and ask for an extension for receipt of the transcript. If you do this and an extension is granted, get the name of the person with whom you spoke and write a letter to the admissions office about the conversation so that they will have a written record of it. Keep a copy of the letter.
Another possibility is to phone the headquarters of your school district, and. if it is open, ask what can be done to have a transcript issued.

I agree, you are not going to be able to get any documents like that during the Christmas break , however you can still apply and they will give you a time limit for the transcript.

Unless they have an online system like some high schools have now, you need to wait until january when you get back.
