A transcript is a computer printout of your tax data.

A copy is a photocopy of your tax forms. What is the difference between a transcript of my taxes and a copy of my taxes?
A copy is an actual photocopy of the actual tax record. A transcript would be the results - written on paper but not an actual copy. I'm not sure if you have to have a notary seal and signature stating it is accurate transcript or copy. But I would think you would need that certification to state it was the same as the original. yet on taxes, how would someone know it was the actual copy? Unless of course you have the original signed one and it is a copy of that. but I don't sign my copy.
a transcript is something that was typed out from a dictation usually. a

copy is a print out of of something you have up on the computer.you

will need a printer or copy machine to copy anything. it would take a long time for someone

to transcribe a whole tax form.
Both are record. Transcript is the data from form, copy is actual forms submitted.

Go back to website and print out your return on another computer.
