How can I turn a recording into a transcript?

I have a conversation I recorded saved on my computer. I need to make a transcript of the conversation for court. Is there anyway to do this without listening to it and pausing every couple of seconds to write it word for word?How can I turn a recording into a transcript?
You could try a text-to-speech program. They were all the rage about 5 years ago.





Be careful about using this conversation. You should probably label it as an exhibit and enter it into evidence. Good luck!
